The Service is provided by Lion international Company, a company incorporated in the Principality of Andorra, with registered office at Ctra. d’Erts 020, Terres de Miro, AD400 la Massana, Andorra, registered with Inscrita en el Registre de Societats Mercantils d’Andorra, núm. 934118 H, NRT L-717911-K ("Tradealyst", "Company", "we", "us", "our").
This website and all associated applications, APIs, dashboards, and user interfaces (collectively, the "Site") are operated by the Company. Access to or use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. We may update the Site, features, and legal terms at any time. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, account holders, invitees, and any person accessing the Site or Services. If you use specific features, additional rules or policies may also apply and are incorporated by reference.
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of all content, metrics, charts, sync data, or third-party information.
All software, code, layouts, branding, logos, text, graphics, charts, and related materials are owned by the Company or licensed to us, except user-provided content. No right or license is granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
The Site may include links or integrations with third-party providers (including brokers, market data providers, payment providers, or other services). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, policies, uptime, legality, accuracy, or reliability.
You must use the Service lawfully, in good faith, and with due care. You may not misuse, abuse, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass restrictions, interfere with system security, or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy), which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with that policy.
The clauses below govern registration, subscriptions, user conduct, user content, disclaimers, liability limitations, and termination.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Tradealyst provides trading journaling, analytics, reporting, strategy analysis, optional sharing features, and third-party sync workflows (including but not limited to broker/API and MT5-based workflows).
All content and outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. Tradealyst is not a broker, investment advisor, legal advisor, or tax advisor. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
Trading involves substantial risk, including possible total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not warrant profitability or trading outcomes, and we are not liable for gains, losses, missed opportunities, or account sanctions.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for account credentials, all activity under your account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access. Sharing credentials is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
You represent that you are at least the legal age in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you may only use the Service with valid parent/legal guardian authorization where legally permitted.
You may not upload, post, or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing, harmful, or malicious content, including malware, unauthorized advertising/spam, or content violating privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
If you share content (including Shared View or published trade content), you retain ownership of your data but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and technically adapt such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for whom you invite, what data is shared, and whether sharing is lawful under your contracts, NDAs, prop firm terms, or internal policies. We are not liable for claims arising from your sharing choices.
If you connect external accounts, you represent you are authorized to do so. Sync may fail, be delayed, duplicate, omit, or misclassify entries due to third-party outages, API changes, credential errors, platform limitations, network issues, or provider restrictions.
You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all broker, prop firm, exchange, platform, and third-party rules. Tradealyst does not guarantee compliance with any third-party terms and is not liable for resulting penalties, suspensions, or account closures.
Paid plans are billed in advance, may auto-renew, and remain active until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and lawful surcharges according to your selected plan.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable after purchase. You are responsible for managing cancellation before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
If a trial or promotion is offered, we may modify or withdraw it at any time as permitted by law. Trial abuse, multi-account abuse, or fraudulent use may result in immediate suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tradealyst in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, for breach, fraud, security risk, legal obligation, non-payment, abuse, or any behavior that may harm the Service, users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete or deactivate account access and related data subject to legal retention obligations and our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, provider failures, cyber incidents, labor disputes, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Andorra, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
